Warranty
Return: within 3 days and the product must be unopened.
Replacement: within 7 days and the product must be unopened.
Inspection: two years and does not include technician exit or shipping with shipping companies. (In case of a battery defect, replacement is only once during the warranty period and is considered misuse)
The warranty does not include the following:
- Installation or maintenance of the product at the customer's location
- Replacing any part lost by the customer
- Replacing any damaged part due to misuse (see misuse paragraph for additional information)
- Replacing the product if the camera is linked to a personal account and lost
Misuse:
- Destroying any part of the product
- Not following usage instructions and causing damage to the product
- Not installing the provided protection with the product and/or causing damage to the product
- Falling building materials or others on the solar panel and/or causing damage to the product
- Tampering with any part of the product and/or replacing it from another place
- Adding to the product not provided by Al Ommaal Systems Company and/or causing damage to the product
The product is out of warranty in the following cases:
- Tampering with the product
- Servicing the product by a person or store not affiliated with Al Ommaal Systems Company
- Any breakage or damage to the product
- Any cut to the cables present in the product
Return and Replacement Policy:
- Replacement and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and include all products displayed in our store.
- All products displayed in our store are subject to the return and replacement policy according to the terms and conditions specified on this page.
- Returns or replacements can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
- Return within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or replacement.
- Please take a picture of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to replace it with another product if the product is defective or has a specific defect, or is not used as agreed.
- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that we did not mention on our product page.
- A 30% deduction will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any noticeable problem.
